From the terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Mediterranean surroundings and the Tramuntana mountains. Relax outdoors surrounded by palm and avocado trees, taking advantage of the lounge furniture, the covered terrace with garden furniture, and the barbecue area. A 50 m² pool with an additional area for children, as well as a ping-pong table, are also available on the property. There is no public transport nearby, so it is recommended that you have a car to reach restaurants, bars, shops, Palma city center, and sandy beaches, which are about 20 minutes away by car.
